Vermont law requires all health insurers and related parties to register with the Green Mountain Care Board prior to submitting data on their healthcare enrollment and claims for aggregation, analysis, and reporting.

The reason: Vermont takes its healthcare seriously. So do we. Onpoint has been helping the state since 2008 with its data collection efforts, known as the Vermont Healthcare Claims Uniform Reporting and Evaluation System (VHCURES).

As their designated claims data contractor, we help submitters supply the state with the required information via Onpoint CDM. On these pages, you'll find helpful tools and information on how the process works, including how submitters standardize data, upload files to VHCURES, and protect privacy.

Meeting the requirements of APCD reporting can sometimes seem like a complicated process. Onpoint is here to help. Our intake staff are trained, experienced, and ready to work with you. If you have a question, we’ll help find the answer. Look around, explore, and don't hesitate to get in touch if you need assistance at any time.
